First of all, the quarantine and chill candle was just an old Christmas candle. Bland cinnamon smell that you had to be within a foot of the candle to smell.
ForeverWick blocked me on Facebook after I repeatedly asked the same question over the course of a couple weeks. Here’s the deal. They send out .03 carat diamond with every candle (which is worth about $7) but how frequently do they send out diamonds larger than that? I initially got a response from the ForeverWick teaming saying “depending on the number of candles sold, the number of larger diamonds can be 2 a year.” that comment was deleted almost immediately after.
I sought clarification, because if this company is making people they have a decent chance of getting a larger diamond, two diamonds a year worth over $7 is ridiculous. I then asked how many diamonds larger than .03 carats do they send out a month? No response. I asked again every time I saw an advertisement. They never responded and BLOCKED me. Guess there’s your answer!
Finally received package that was ordered before Christmas. Was excited because I had spun the wheel and gotten a free bath bomb but when I received package it was not in there. After contacting customer service they said that I had picked free shipping. Who would pick free shipping ($9.95) over a bath bomb ($35 or so)? They just thanked me for my email and feedback. Really . . . .

Customer service is the WORST in history. Ordered milf for my gf who lived in a different house got stress relief. Ordered it here, along with 4 other bars, for when she visits got lavender. Customer "service" danced around the issue. Sent a "replacement" and got unicorn poop. Started talking to "Marcy" at the beginning of this nonsense and when i asked for a number to call I never got a number and then "marry" started handling the case. Never got a number and after 3 weeks of aggravation I finally got it. They are by far the worst to deal with which is a shame because the products are really good. I won't order from them again though.
I really love these candles collect the diamonds and gain some jewlery .the scents are wonderful they fill my whole house they are amazing buy 1 and see .if something isnt right they will fix it .
I wanted to give to give a neat Texas company a shot as a Texan myself. I ordered the 24kt Goldigger candle. The reason they received 2 stars and not 1 is because shipping was very quick. The candle wick burned too fast causing the flame to be a little red ember. The candle did not melt right at all. The scent couldn’t not be smelt unless you were 6” or closer to the candle. The diamond is a neat little addition, but I bought it first and foremost as a candle that did not live up to the hype.
I am obsessed with foreverwickcandle since my boyfriend surprised me for Christmas with a candle.The diamonds are so cute and I can’t wait to exchange them.
I really need to stop ✋ I only buy when they do a special for 3 candles but here lately I’ve been getting a lot and the mystery box is everything really like the surprises I probably wouldn’t pick those fragrances but I’m very pleased on my way to that eternity band
Never had any problems fast delivery and a good aroma.
These candles smell amazing.. Fill the entire room no problem... Burn a little fast but worth it.

Received my candle for my birthday. Thr “gold digger” candle which cost $250. The diamond was supposed to be $300-18,000. It was the size of a dot - and cloudy. It would be generous saying it was worth $20.
It wouldn't be so bad if they reached back out an talk to the customers I ordered mine on the 18th of December got a tracking number on the 30th haven't heard anything still in Texas
